The Challenge
The primary challenge faced by Vitals Help was the outdated website design, which hindered user-friendliness and accessibility. They desired a modern, user-centric website that could be easily managed and updated without the need for constant technical support. Additionally, they sought to migrate their existing website to WordPress and integrate a versatile theme like Divi for effortless content management.
The Solution
To address Vitals Help’s requirements, I took a holistic approach, encompassing market research, conversion focused web copy, cutting-edge frontend design, and seamless CMS integration. With this collective approach I helped Vital’s help to increase online visitors and lead generation.
Define
Vital’s Help had digital presence for more than 5 years, yet the number of online visitors and rate of lead generation were near to zero. Defining the problem statement here was very important to conclude a data driven decision. I Collaborated closely with Vitals Help’s team, we identified the specific pain points associated with their existing website. This involved in-depth market research, competitor analysis and user feedback analysis.
Based on our findings, we proposed a complete website revamp on WordPress, utilizing the Divi theme, empowering Vitals Help with the ability to modify and customize content effortlessly, enhancing their online presence and accessibility.
Design
My design strategy focused on creating an intuitive and minimalistic appealing interface that aligned with Vitals Help’s commitment to personalized healthcare. After designing Sitemap and wireframe, I developed a frontend design that emphasized user experience and facilitated easy navigation. The design revolved around the principles of simplicity and clarity, ensuring that patients could find the information they needed seamlessly.
